Update on our apartment scheme at Elm Park Rd. Insulation and wet underfloor heating has been laid and tested. Liquid self-levelling screed is now being pumped in to achieve a solid and level finish ready for floor coverings.

We have chosen to use liquid screed as it can be laid to a depth of 40-50mm as opposed to the standard spec of 75-100mm traditional screed depth.

This results in a more efficient underfloor heating system and lower energy bills. Big savings for our prospective home owners as the wet underfloor heating system is the primary heat source in these new apartments.
