A little smaller than all of our other projects, but we have fallen in love with the apartment, especially in this area.

Here we plan to remove the single block wall, eliminating the divide between the kitchen area and living/dining room space. This will in turn, produce a light and airy social space, with its new open plan arrangement.

We will give this apartment a modern feel, whilst keeping some of its authenticity and architectural features.
